Meet Dr. Bri Stoterau – DMD

Dr. Bri Stoterau is a nationally recognized cosmetic dentist and the co-founder of S&C Dental, Scottsdale’s premier destination for smile makeovers and no-prep veneers. Originally from the south suburbs of Chicago, Dr. Bri began her journey in dentistry in 2008 as a dental assistant and quickly realized her passion for transformative, confidence-building care. She now blends over 15 years of clinical experience with an artistic eye and a psychology-based approach to create natural, stunning smiles that change lives.
A graduate of the University of Iowa with a degree in Psychology, Dr. Bri went on to earn her doctorate from Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine–Arizona. She is known for her gentle touch, deep understanding of dental anxiety, and ability to turn even the most nervous patients into lifelong fans. Her signature? A luxury smile experience that’s both calming and cutting-edge.
At her state-of-the-art Scottsdale practice, Dr. Bri specializes in:

Meet Dr. Nicole Saldua
Dr. Nicole Saldua is a skilled cosmetic dentist who graduated from the University of Washington School of Dentistry. Passionate about enhancing natural beauty and boosting confidence, Dr. Saldua specializes in a variety of cosmetic dental procedures including veneers, smile makeovers, Botox, and teeth whitening. In addition to her expertise in cosmetic dentistry, she is well-versed in general dentistry as well as oral surgery, ensuring comprehensive care for her patients.
Dr. Saldua is dedicated to providing comfortable dental experiences, particularly for those with dental anxiety. With extensive experience and a compassionate approach, she strives to make every visit a positive and reassuring experience for her patients.
Originally from Spokane, Washington, Dr. Saldua recently moved to Arizona to enjoy the warm weather. She is married to her husband, Sean, who is from the Big Island of Hawaii and owns a general contractor company. Together, they have two children, a little boy named Lincoln and a baby girl named Della. They also have two dogs, a golden retriever and a black lab mix. In her free time, Dr. Saldua loves to explore new fun places like breweries and restaurants, enjoying all that the Arizona area has to offer.
Meet Tori – Dental Hygienist
Tori graduated from Carrington College in Dental Hygiene as class president. Her favorite aspect about being a dental hygienist is connecting with patients and helping them improve their oral health.
Tori’s mission is to use her skills and integrity to make a significant difference in the lives of others with kindness and equality. She aspires to give every patient consistent, quality care, and aims to build a trusting relationship.
Tori grew up in Michigan, moving to Arizona in 2018. She still keeps the Midwest culture held close to her heart. She loves to spend time with her puppy, family, and friends. When not working, she enjoys staying active outdoors and watching sports (Go Packers!).
Meet Dr. Paul Mirdamadi
I grew up on the outskirts of Toronto, in the vibrant community of Mississauga. My fascination with the intricate workings of the body and mind led me to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at the University of Toronto, where I graduated with High Distinction. Eager to delve deeper into the realm of human physiology, I went on to achieve a Master’s degree in Kinesiology at York University in Toronto. My educational journey took an exciting turn as I set my sights on dentistry, earning my degree from the University of Southern California. The pinnacle of my academic achievements came with my induction into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honors Society. While exploring various dental specialties, the intricacies of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery captivated me, propelling me into the highly competitive residency program at Montefiore Medical Center in New York. During my residency and practicing as an Oral & Maxillofacial surgeon,
I have had the privilege of refining my surgical skills and encountering a diverse array of complex cases. I specialize in dental implants, wisdom teeth extractions, facial trauma, reconstruction, and treatment of benign pathology. Dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care, I am committed to staying at the forefront of advancements in my field. I consistently integrate the latest research and techniques into my practice to uphold the highest standard of care for my patients. My enthusiasm lies in contributing my refined skills and expertise to the field of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, with the ultimate goal of positively impacting the lives of those I have the privilege to serve.
In my free time, I find joy in quality family time, playing sports such as tennis and basketball, immersing myself in nature, travelling to new destinations, maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle, and dedicating time to volunteer as a means of giving back to the community.
Meet Chelsea Wheeler – Dental Assistant & Bonding Specialist
Chelsea Wheeler is a dedicated dental professional with a passion for the great outdoors. Originally from a small town in Oregon, she is married and has two boys, along with a beloved fur baby named Bella. Outside of the dental office, Chelsea enjoys hiking, fishing, paddleboarding, and playing games with her family, embracing every opportunity to connect with nature and loved ones.
Meet Dr. David Ngo, DDS
Dr. Ngo earned his Bachelor of Science in Molecular and Cellular Biology from the University of Arizona where he graduated Summa Cum Laude. He then completed the Doctor of Dental Surgery program at the prestigious University of California in San Francisco, where he was awarded the Weyerhauser Scholarship for excellence in dentistry. Dr. Ngo focuses on creating comfortable and life-changing patient experiences. He believes that every patient deserves his rapt attention and time. He gives each patient the opportunity to ask questions and get all of the information they need to make informed dental care choices.
